I can only recommend a naluminium/glass cabinet, but I must admit that those are not on the IKEA price level.
On my wall is a big wall mounted glass cabinet (1,20 wide) with 2 doors. The doors has dust seals, only a very small slot between both doors is not sealed. You see examples on the web page as the cabinets are done according to your request in the size you want.

I added LED lightning myself.

You can find also other companies which offers such cabinets. Some websites also offer good deals on prefabricated standard sizes.

suggestion, try second hand market. i got a very nice glas cabinet, from a shop that was closing, as good as new, for a fraction of the price of a new one. transportation may require renting a van etc, but it may be the beat solution

In the US I've had good luck with estate/moving sales to find glass front cabinets at very low cost. I measure them first to ensure they will fit in my car.

I have some antique nice oak cabinets with glass fronts for $25-$75

Because my girlfriend insists we can see the models I add lighting kits from Amazon.

Thanks for the replies everyone <3 definitely already checking the 2nd hand market. Wall mounting is not really an option as my apartment is for rent and wall space is limited. Looking for a free-standing cabinet.

Unfortunately, most cabinets are not deep enough to fit a 1:72 jet in a frontal view.

The standard stand cabinets (2m high) on the linked web page are 50cm deep - that should be enough even fro bigger models.
But you can get any other size too.
