Hi Guy, need the patience of a saint to build these little 8u@@3r$, you've done a great job of this one... Nice one Guy🙂🙂🙂

Very good Guy! Can´t believe that it´s 1/43 scale. The photos are also super.

excellent result Guy! I like the difference between the black tires and the chassis of the car

That depends. Carmodellers who build without collecting a certain theme like I do, can find what they look for in the classic plastic kit range. But if you want to build some special themes like me (Jacky Ickx cars, Le Mans 24 hrs winners, and so on) there is a special market of white metal and resin kits in 1:43 producing almost anything on 4 wheels in limited (and pretty expensive) ranges.

1:43 is a lot more popular than people think, given the display space it takes up and as Guy says, the wide variety of themes, you are allowed to display with in that space. Never under estimate the power of being small...

But having said that, 1:43 is not my cup of tea, not because I don't like them. It's the problem I have in building them, a delicate piece of detail, binoculars taped to my head, moving the piece it into position using tweezers and ping!! The piece disappears into the vastness of the model building area, like a golf ball down the fairway and disappears into the trees...🙁🙁🙁

Ah ok, heard about it first time! Limited ranges are unfortunately mostly expensive...

Very good analogy Guido. I must explain, I admire anyone who has the dexterity patience and tweezer fingers to build these little wonders...

@Guido:
- 1/24 & 1/20 in cars feels like 1/48 in planes
- 1/43 in cars feels like 1/72 in planes
I thought like that!😢
