This is an old Dragon kit, made in 1992. For me it's a bit of a "Dragon classic" as I remember it seeing it often in stores back then and also a bit of a nostalgia kit. It aged decently enough. Details and moulding may not be up to today's standards but are not particularly bad. I replaced bread bags with more recent offerings as they were just too basic. Fits require a bit of work but are otherwise decent and parts require a bit of clean up. It's also noticeable that it's one of early kits because heads are whole, rather than later version with top of the head removed and helmet being filled in turn. Though I prefer the later version as it makes it easier to get a proper helmet placement.
And I once again realized I can't do proper Pea Dot pattern to save my life. So end result with two figures that have it is…. yeah….. And a burning desire to never have to paint it again.
Terrain is my usual simple stuff. Playing around with vegetation I have, mostly to see how it looks for further projects. I think it turned out fine.
Overall decently happy with end result. It's finished and a good kit is a built kit……
