looks very good. Can you pls explain the thing with the pencils and the tissue? Or is it just to give the tissue some depth in color?

Thanks guys ! For the pencils, I think on 72nd scale you can use them to paint small details in the cockpit and create effects like when you do a dry-brush. If you don't like the result you just need to remove the colors using a wet brush (or something similar) and paint the details again. About the tissue, you just need to deep the paper inside the varnish and place it on your model. Then you can paint it by brush and apply some oils and pigments. Cheers.
