Whose Turret, i cant believe we cant get this version oob anywhere. Putting gill armour on it?

The turret was made by Zack Atak, but AGV Models also sell the same turret (mastered by the same guy). Any photos I have seen, the tanks on parade always seem to the gill armour removed.
