Around 100 Mercedes-Benz L3000S were delivered to Royal Bulgarian Army in 1943.They were distributed among infantry divisions, with some numbers going to both Assault Gun(StuG) Detachments.
The vehicle I use as a refference served with the 8th. ID.
The picture, showing a heavily battered workhorse, was taken January 1945 in Novi Sad,Jugoslavia.
