These two kits are the same:
'32 Ford Street Rod (Revell 07492, 1:8)
'32 Ford Streetrod (Revell 7492, 1:8)
Numbers '7492' and '07492' also would seem to reflect this.

This style box would be from the 90's I think, not 2003 as listed on '07492'. More so considering - '85-2616 '32 Ford Highboy Hot Rod' is a 2003 release.
