could this set be used as a help for a UH-1Y conversion? Or are the turned exhausts different?

Well I guess you could.
The problem would be doing the rest, like the four bladed main rotor, dog house cowling, etc

The housing is exactly the same on the AH-1W, Ah-1Z and the UH-1Y. So yes you could but like Klaus pointed out there is a whole lot more to do.

What do you mean by "borrowed"?
I mean Werner's exhaust's are 1/35 while Italeri's "zulu" is 1/48.
