I'm a little step closer to the painting project, the pre-shade is given, I love a dark pre-shade because I love planes they are used in battles and they must be have a durty look, the exhaust are placed and almost finished, now I'm taped the canopies and than started with the droptanks en ammo, than I can start with the airbrush, greetings Phil

Fingers crossed for this build, couple years ago I made F-4 from Italeri, be careful with small "middle" canopy frame.

This is how it looks with some paint on it and a claer coat, I have just put some new pic's on the net from the result, this evening I'll will paint the tail and try some decals, I'll hope that I can do that, 🙂, Greetings Phil

The paintjob looks great so far! What kind of paint do you use for the sea-scheme and how are the coloures called? I need the Info for my new project😢!

Hi Holger, I used this time the old Humbroll colors, the numbers en names are, 119 Matt Light earth, 117 Matt US Light Green, 116 Matt US Dark green, I lighted the colors up with white and yellow mix with the colors, the underside is Matt White, The sheme had a soft line between the different colors and, I wish you good luck with your next project 🙂 ! greetings Phil

@ Dirk, this is the good old Esci kit, so I reed this on the net in a preview somewhere on a modelling site, it's a nice kit, it's built straight from the box just I replaced te seats with resin one, I finisht yesterday evening with the decals, I will post some pic's this evening, greetz

@Michael, A airfix kit, grrrr, I have one Buccaneer build a few years ago, it's an option but I don't have the resin cockpit from Pavla, than I must go shopping!!! May'be this weekend at the local convenion at Ransart
@Holger, the A-10 will I started at the club next Friday, this will be a project for the time that I spend at my local hobbyclub, I wanted to start also an other one for at home, I have a lot of idea's that I can't decidet

Hi Philip, my congrats!! The Finish of your Rhino is successful! And that`s important, you didn`t used the overpriced Hasegawa kit. So I will use also my Esci kit like you!
It is an realy nice and fine painted "Double Ugly" Replica

Thanks Dirk and Holger for the comment, I always keep the price so low as it can be, so will I convince the modellers that modelling not expence have to be and that you will get a nice one with a cheep price, I now that there are a lot of betther kits than the Italeri one, but this one gives me more seddisfection, greetz Phil
