In picture 58, how did you get the intake so smooth?

First step is thin layer of tamiya basic putty to get biggest holes filled. After that I was using only gunze dissolved putty, because its rather soft and easy to sand. I was sanding with #600 wet paper. It took a lot of time to repeat filling and sanding until acceptable smooth.
