3D printed Yoshi to gain some more experience with resin figures.
Especially with cleaning and (brush) painting.
Here my job cleaning was not the best one and I need to be more diligent in the future.
I had less problems with my Catapult.
As I don't want to work with lots of isopropyl alcohol I cleaned Yoshi in warm water with dish detergent.
Some varnish will hopefully solve my problems as this little guy still is a bit sticky, even after the paint has dried.

Yes, I use the Anycubic wash and Cure Station 2.0.
But even these tools need to be used right. 🤔
I think maybe I didn't clean good enough and did not cure long enough. Though curing too long should make the parts very brittle, I believe.

Ok that's strange. Although I'm not an expert and I don't own any 3D printer. I have been dreaming of resin printer but my apartment is too small and I'm afraid of fumes. Maybe Santa will give me a garage some day...

As I use the printer inside my house as well and I am not a fan of toxic fumes either, I use only plant-based resins which are not toxic.
But it still smells bad, especially when removing the cover from the printer after the print has finished. 😄
Using some protection like gloves and a mask is still very much recommended.
Working with plant-based resin may be an option for you.
The printer I am using is quite small too, so the parts I can print are not that large either. If you want I can provide you some pictures and measurements.
