1/24 Airfix Mosquito FB.VI, modified to Mk.IX, complete with 1.5v electric motors to faithfully reproduce the photograph below. As the cowlings are removed and on the tarmac, no modifications for the kit-supplied FB.VI cowlings are necessary (Mk.IX had enlarged nacelles to accommodate the Merlin 72 supercharger: intercooler and enlarged carburetor air intakes).
