I bought the Airfix Falklands Anniversary Collectors set on ebay and on opening the box, a bedragled little Scooter fell out. It had been part started and was missing bits. I dunked it in dettol and that took the paint off then I stripped it down and got the parts laid out. There aren't many parts to it as most members know. I was going to build from the box but got a bit carried away. I used the resin refuel probe from Quickboost did some resin casts for the pylons. I fettled the fuel probe base from a needle, superglue and Plato filler. Nicked the 300 gal tanks from the new Airfix A4 and scratch built some bits n bobs. It's not the prettiest but I like it and I thoroughly rediscovered my love for the hobby.
