So many decals. Don't be alarmed by the missing hit of green on the air box. I stuck my big fat thumb on that and ripped it off. I do have a spare sheet of decals so I'll get that repaired.

Thank you Marcel. I have to say this is really an excellent kit. Not fiddly at all, even the rear wing element gave me no issues. And it's a lovely car. As for the driver I believe I will go with Zanardi. I was never a fan of him as a driver but after his horrific accident and what he's done since has been most impressive.

I like your choice. Alex wasn't great in F1 for some reason, though quite succesful in other series. But he has had some major accidents to recover from. Not just his racing accident, which he has handled remarkably well, but also a very severe cycling accident in 2020 and a fire at his house in 2022 which also left him hospitalized. I've read that he can communicate, but I'm afraid he's not made a full recovery at all from his cycling accident. Still a very tough and inspirational man.

Yes indeed. My thoughts exactly Marcel. He was a remarkably talented driver despite the issues in F1. He came back with a vengeance following his horrific racing accident. And then the cycling accident and I had heard about the fire. He has gone through a lot and has at least attempted to come back and remain positive each time. So I felt it would be cool to have this model of his.

Last of the decals are complete, wheels and tires are dullcoted and the final paint and glue is drying. I'll try to wrap this up after work.
