Kewei Su AutorThanks Dave and Yury. The build was meant to be experimental, and I agree that it was over-weathered. However, it was my first time trying salt and heavily use of oil painting. I learnt a lot, so I really like it.

I built this Wyvern model for my baby girl, who was born in the Chinese zodiac Year of the Long (a Chinese dragon). The model kit was a thoughtful present from a friend after he learned my daughter's birth.
The finished model won a prize in a match. I consider the prize as a shared one with my girl's idea, my friend's sacrifice, and my effort. 😄
The kit was decent overall. I added rivets, scratch-built the rocket launchers, and slightly repositioned the drop tanks outward to match my references. However, the decals in my box had quality control issues, they lacked the thin film over the printing.
