Thank you very much. This year I'd like to take the goal and finish my Corvettes. For this I grabbed the convertibles out of the shelf to add one to each coupe. Between Christmas and February I did two Viper to see something different *lol*

Bob HallIt dawned on me, I have 45 different kits and some multiples of 7 Generations of Corvette and I have only built 2 ever a 2009 and a 1965.

Christian W AutorSame to me! Now I have 45 Corvette in my stash. When I started the Project of my silver Corvette, I only had 2 in my stash! I thought "no way". Then I Boughts approx. 30 Corvette kits in Jan - Mar 2019 and the rest during the year 2019. In Germany it's not that easy to get some Special issues of the Corvette. The offers in the US are so fingerlicking good😉
@Bod … I think, I have to look into your stash. It makes me curious 😄 And into your Albums again.
I'm really fixed on Building the Corvette and when I look to my shelf, where are 16 Corvettes now, it makes more fun to build. To see them all together in one shelf, in one Color, ist a Kind of cool.

Christian W AutorI'm not sure whether the dark green (I like this color!) matches properly to the red seat inserts. Currently I'm turning to red. Red, because I have the C6 ZR1 in red. And this Z06 is the most perfomance car of the C5. So why not paint the highest evolution of each generation red? That's what I'm thinking about.

Christian W AutorI decided to paint it red. Torch Red by GM. So it fits to my C6 ZR1. The choice was not easy. I had a gold metallic, light gold metallic, red metallic, green metallic and simple torch red to decide.
I think, I'm painting the strongest and hottest Corvette in Torch Red.

Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow it'll get a layer of 2K clear coat. This red is awesome. I liked it when I did the C6 ZR1 and C7.
