yes, bloke means guy. geezer, chap and codger are also words for a male person.

Fascinating. 🙂 I have the last year or so come to appreciate different looking camo schemes for kits, as there must have been lots of variants in say WW2. Would be a litlte boring if every kit maker made the same ones over and over again.

Thanks a lot, Tom! Sounds like a typical Australian word? Bloke sounds nice in german. 😎
And "Bloke " sounds friendly. 🙂

My goodness, that's a lot of planes for one guy. Very impressive!

Wow, the whole Jagdwaffe indeed 🙂 Are they all German only? How long has it taken to build'em all?
@Holger: 'Bloke' is widely used across the Channel too 😉

Holger, you sound like a good bloke too mate. 😉 😉 👍 hehehehehe..................bonzer. !

Thanks for all the nice words.
They have been build over a period of apps. 25 years, normaly i build batched of 5 at a time , well the building can be a bit boaring, but the interesting part is finding history of the pilots and paint schemes, that are a bit different. There are also Italian, Rumanian, Finland planes, in colletion.

Are there any new Tamiya G6'ers in there?, that'll cut down on the construction time!

@Hans, Here's the album description -- "My Bf 109 collection now at 225 finished models all 1/72." In other words, ALOT! 😄
6 November 2019, 21:13

@jes, Hans, anyone else who has a fleet of the same aircraft.
Why so many of one aircraft? Doesn't it get boring? Is it doing all the different paint jobs that makes you build more? Just curious 😄 Cheers

@Chris. Ha, is there ever really a point to doing a hobby? 🙂 except maybe to relax and enjoy time at the bench.... I have to laugh at myself sometimes. I seem to spend a lot of time scraping and sanding plastic (out damn lines) and thinking to myself: "what am I doing? This is stupid" but for some strange reason it's worth it.

Ok, that makes sense. Thanks guys for the insight and Tom, you made me lol...
