Maybe rotate the model to a diagonal'ish angle? Not perfectly diagonally, but not parallel to the base edge either I was thinking.

Album info

Kfz.69 truck towing PAK 3.7 by Tamiya in 1/48 scale. Built out of the box, the two almost did not fit on the base as they are too long. I will make some sort of ground work but the model itself is done. As usual for me, painted with Vallejo acrylics and weathered with AK washes, pigments and pencils. Model 8 for the year.
