4I-Inspiration: Test & Evaluation (1955-95)

Due to my interest in engineering, science, and mathematics, I followed the test and evaluation mission of the U.S. Air Force from an early age. This collection consists of aircraft involved in test and evaluation programs spanning from the formative years of the U.S. Air Force up to those that predate my service at the Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC). Historical accounts and speculation about these aircraft inspired me to join the USAF, with the hope of one day participating in similar programs.
