Hi all, I am a plastic modeler since 1970, my first self-built model was an Airfix North American T 6 Harvard. After having built more than 120 plane models of all kind, I changed to sailing ships, 1:16 oldtimers, 1:35 german military, 1:24 motorsports and finally to 1:700 waterline ships, especially imperial japanese navy and 1:25 american classics of the 1950s and 1960s. I also began collecting unbuilt kits from my youth and other older kits. I think this forum is the right place for a plastic modeller to be. What I like very much as collector, is the timeline of the kits shown here. I also am member of the modelers club "Modellbauteam Düsseldorf" and I am sure to find interesting buddies here.
