Kit is very old, a lot of flash, pin marks in bad places, and where the pieces go on the tree are really thick and it is difficult to get some of the pieces off without damage. On my kit, the APU in the back was deformed, as well as the hole for the cockpit glass. Bad fit on the fuselage on the bottom, had to do a lot of filling and sanding. Also thought it was weird that I had to fill and drill a lot of the windows. Best thing about the kit is the decals, they look really good. Revell should really retool this kit. This is an OOB build.

Christopher Mullins AutorIt is actually almost fiished, I started it a couple of months ago. Due to the quality of the model and the fact it will hang from my 4 year olds ceiling (He loves Eddie) I am ot goingto do a whole lot of fixing of the problems. I did work on fixing the major ones though, like the fit under the wings and such.

Christopher Mullins AutorBeen working on it when I have time, which hasnt been often lately. Just have to put on the tail decal and do touch ups where the tail is messed up on the other side. I bought the microsol and microset and it seems to be working a lot better than the humbrol decal set
