I think Hasegawa still. Though I suspect that Zoukei Mura will release a late F-4E at some point.

I don't think that Academy has made a long nosed Phantom. So Hasegawa or...
Zeus Projects has issued a conversion set for the (beautiful) early Zoukei Mura kit:
