Does anyone make the jet engine or the glass cargo door? An interesting project! I flew the OV-10A in Europe in the 1980s.

Hi, cool to hear that you've actually flew one. No one makes the engine/enginecowling and the glass cargo door, that will be scratchbuilding and vacu-forming…🙂

I have that kit. I can design and print the parts (unless you would rather do it). I'll just need good photos.

Ok, thanks, will keep that in mind, I guess it is difficult with the clear parts?

Yes, I've not had success with printing clear resin. For my L-159E project I printed a shape and then vacuformed over it to make a windscreen.

Here's a first shot at an engine pod for the ICM kit.

I'll have to redesign some things. The compressor blades and supports didn't come out right. I'll also have to make minor adjustments to the "feet". Once the engine pod is done I'll start work on the "roof" over the rear cargo bay, and then a form for vacuforming the transparent cargo door.

Maybe also, that the front part of the intake, when you look from the side, seems to be a bit diagonally backwards on the real one.
