I'm building this one too! Would be great if you can post a few more. OOB or did you use some aftermarket stuff? Thx, Tim

Tim, I used a CAM resin interior other than that it's OOB. The kit is great and inexpensive but getting harder to find. I have a couple more I will post.

I used the color plan from the instructions and enlarged them (trial and error) to 1/32 and used them to mask the yellow worked out great.

Is this the Revell 1:32 scale kit? It looks awesome! It was still a fantastic view, when they flew over my island and practised dogfights!

Holgar, Like wise modeling is the same world wide, what are your current projects? Keep me posted Joe
25 May 2011, 15:20

Hi Joe! My current projekt is a M-7 "Priest" 1/35. The next one will become a BF-109 E1 from eduard. The intresting point is that the decals will allow me to build a 109 which was stationed just a few meters from my house. And it was one of the first mashines who fought the first raids against british props in 1939/40 over the northsea.

Oh, thats pretty warm indeed! Here its raining like hell but that gives me enough time to build again, haha! I had a little bit trouble with the armarment of my model, so i had to scratch-build some parts... 🙁
When you paint Luftwaffen-aircraft, which paint do you prefer for RLM-colours? 😉 Holger
7 June 2011, 07:06

Holger, I'm currently trying to switch from oil based paint to water base, I have had good results with tamiya for all applications US,Brit, or Luftwaffe. Joe
7 June 2011, 13:43

I´m changing too to acrylics. Tamiya is nice paint but they dont have the RLM-colours which i need. And sometimes i´m to lazy to mix the colours 🙂 Did you ever worked with Gunze acrylics? I buiyed a set of Vallejo RLM colours but RLM 71 is not included, what a pity... 🙂

16 July 2011, 20:55

Do you know that the M-60 is a trying to copy the technique of the MG-42?
16 July 2011, 20:57

I love the new version, the MG-3. But i didnt love to carry it for 20 or 40 Miles.... That was a pain in the ass!!! 🙂
16 July 2011, 21:05

Holger, I have used an M-60 and have held a MG42 awsome.. Joe
