The fun of scratch building 🙂 Get out some scraps and greeblies and just see what you can shake down?  

A rough plan…50 FT in scale. Underneath the model, a weapons bay, and “wave emitters” (some loose interpretive modeling of USN patent US20180229864A1) 

Edges will have to be blended and smoothed over, most joined cleanly, others have a v-groove to solve. Maybe this would be a real-world problem joining plates by weld, if this was not an extrusion method of construction?  

Weapons bay? Conduits and hydraulics still? Probably an elegant form would be beyond crude mechanics. Idk.
