I was fortunate to see Vandy 1 on a monthly basis during the 80's and again from 94-98 as a Reservist at NAWS Pt Mugu. If we were really lucky VX-4 would have a flight on a Sat when we were on the flight line. Miss those days, but glad i was not a Tomcat Ordnanceman as it was a big pain to do a gun swap and you really did need to be shorter than 5'5" to work or load the fuselage missile stations.

Great! I'd imagine it would be pretty heavy work for the ordnance guys too (on any military aircraft). I can't wait to start this project 🙂

Greg, being an AO was one of the best parts of my Navy career, I was privileged to work on some great airframes and some cutting edge (at the time) weapons systems. I look forward to seeing your project as it evolves.
