Skoda PA-2 Turtle

Well, that's probably what police cars looked like in the 1930s... Originally developed for the Czech police and also exported to Austria, some of them also ended up with the German police. Today, most people forget how insecure and brutal the interwar period was in Europe. Many new and old states, such as Czechia, Slovakia, Austria, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey, fought over new borders. Added to this were different ethnic groups within the countries and, of course, right-wing and left-wing political uprisings. So, four Schwarzlose machine guns were needed for self-defense... 

Its a quick build. But the photo-etched parts, a disease of our time, were all unnecessary. None of them could have been made more attractively out of plastic. The tires are cool, but unfortunately, they don't allow for realistic suspension. 

The ball mantlets on the Schwarzlose machine guns are installed completely incorrectly in the model. According to the model, they were all mounted at a 45° angle and could only be moved up and down. This is, of course, complete nonsense. So I had to glue them in place to represent various (realistic) positions. 

I primed it with black from ArmyPainter. It's a very good primer. 

German Gray XF-67 from Tamiya mixed with some white. 

At the same time, I painted this 20mm quadruple anti-aircraft gun from Tamiya. I usually wait until I have several models that require the same color. 

Of course, the Wolfangeln had to be censored. With permanent marker, thank you. Damned idiots. Unfortunately, that has to be done, since our moronic authorities prohibit the shipping of any Nazi symbols. You're allowed to buy a Reich war flag in a store (for collectors' purposes), but shipping water-based decals for models is illegal.
 

Washing..., I use always oil paints for it. Im a little bit oldschool.
