Thanks. Kind of hard to get down and dirty with detail on planes this dark, but I did throw in some highlights here and there to break up the monotony of it. Kinda hard to stand out in these pics, but it's nice.

But I think that the blue is a little bit too dark or is it the picture itself?

No, you're correct. It is a bit dark. MM doesn't have an exact match for that, so I went on paint4models.com to try to find a comparison, and I wound up buying the suggested color. It was entirely too dark, but looked good once I hit it with some highlights. The camera really didn't do it any justice, but it came out looking good. It was a commision build and I asked the customer before I continued if he was satisfied and he said he almost prefered the darker look.

There are some good PE sets from Armory.
But I think it's great to see a Yak-38 certainly I'm a VVS fan. 🙂
