Thought I'd paint this one at the same time as the Privateer.
They have similar paint schemes after all..
I'm trying to decide on weathering look. At the moment, I'm thinking an island based aircraft would potentially have more paint chipping from dust kicked up during takeoffs and landing, whereas that would not be the case for carrier based aircraft.
Thoughts?

Ok then, update;
Managed to squeeze in an hour or two modelling time last night.
landing gear painted, propeller painted and decalled and started on weathering while waiting for maskol of the wheels to dry..

Done! That would have to do for now, maybe some touchups will be required in the future.

just thought I would add a we backdrop 🙂
Oh, you've changed the name of this album, I was hoping that you were going to keep this album rolling with your next TNKR project and then create a new "Final Reveal" album for the Corsair 🙂
Not that I am telling you what to do or anything but thats just what I imagined to happen, that way we have one album with our complete TNKR story and end up with a collection of "Final Reveal" albums along the way or at ;east that was my hope 🙂
Anyhow though, good work bud, always had a soft spot for the Corsair 🙂
