Holger - I used WarHammer snow effect stuffs .. ( I recommend it with reservations )

Because the individual snow grains are not spherical but rather cylinder-shaped. Like tiny sausages. Close up and when sparsely sprinkled, it looks ridiculous

I would require the Deluxe Materials Scenic Snow kit ... You can see how much it is better in my pershing photos .. They can be crushed with your bare hands so if you think the grain are big, you can crush and sprinkle with your hand
