yes it is and it has not changed a bit sence 1988 yea revell does not do anything to improve their old stuff. but I still like this old kit.

I basically took a cheap 6 dollar 11x14 inch picture frame painted grey used a square and marked the asphault squares a couple stripes of Tamiya tape for some color an effect and used hasegawa's U.S. ground crew set:A
