Thank you Łukasz and Blaubar (Blaubär?)🙂
The kit is designed extraordinary. The original structure of the walls (6) consists 31 rows of wooden overlapped mounted panels. The kit provides a lot of small laser cut parts for each side. In the case of three sides you have to glue 31 rows. In the case of the three other sides with the door and windows they are more than 40 parts per side.... A lot of work!!!!

Yes, a lot of work - but that single plank brings a lot of realism! 👍 Nice to see the next lighthouse!

Very nice project indeed. Thanks for your input. Well, I tend to ignore Umlaute online so I demoted the Blaubär to a Blaubar, it makes it easier for our international folks.

Moin Bernhard,
das Türmchen steht hier bei mir in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg. Soll ich am Wochenende mal ein paar
Walkaround Fotos machen?

Hi Bernard, I love this kind of kits.
Did some wooden Craftman kits myself in 1:87 when I also was (American) Railroading. I found it always very rewarding. Planning to put in a light?

Sometimes the modeler needs a change to the rotors and propellers! I am pleased that you are also interested in this topic.
Lex: So far I haven't thought about the illumination but I think your idea is excellent!!🙂
I just put together the right electronic components in the basement.🙂

Looking forward to the video of the light… I saw some plans recently for 3d printable 1:160 lighthouses that even had tiny transparent fresnel lenses.

Would be nice if it had the same blinking rate as the real thing 😉

Und es wurde Licht…
Yesterday I managed the small etched board and soldered all parts. It works! Vis adjustable resistor it's possible to adjust the blinking frequency.

What a beautiful picturesque little scenery, the landscape complements the lighthouse perfectly, as it depicts
very realisticly the local vegetation at the Elbe riverbank in the vicinity of the german north sea coast.
Looks like summer ! 😄

Concrats Bernhard.......that's a very nice and picturesque diorama you have there 🙂
I looked at photo's of the real thing and I think you've nailed it. In real it's much smaller than I thought. Nice landmark.

I read your comments with great pleasure gentlemen! Cardboard, paper and woodland scenic are so different in handling but if is so much fun! As a contrast the next project will need only rock, stones and maybe water…. Let's see how that works. 🙂
