Dmitry Zhdakhin kirjailijathank you everyone! Snow made like mix of water+ baking soda + PVA glue + white (or light blue ) acrylic paint. Light shades on the snow (photo 2) made like very thin dark wash. I can change a structure of snow by proportion of water and soda. Very simple.
