Wasn't planning on it … but peeled the carrier film off the new type eduard decals 👍

Bill it's looking the part as it is. 👍
did you use any setter / softener for the decals before peeling em off, if yes which one(s)?
taa.

Murad - yes . I was only planning on clear coating them afterwards with dullcote so I painted with a lacquer paint for a base , no clear coat under decals, Microsol underneath and then walther's solvaset to bed them down . Left them for a day to dry and then noticed a couple of little bits lifting off so tried peeling them . Came off in nice chunks with tweezers and a fingernail. Dried another day and clear coat with dullcote for post shading and weathering

murad - make that microset underneath the decals and solvaset over them ... i get the microscale stuff confused ...

Bill thank you, afaik solvaset is relatively powerful softener - it's interesting and promising that the carrier film could still be peeled off.
iirc the first of horror stories with these eduard decals you should not need any softener at all etc. before this was a thing i remember removing eduard's in house decals' carriers with a worn out tamiya masking tape easily yet inconsistently... lotsa conflicting reports and experiences

Well done! Wonderful scheme — excellent camo work. Glad you were able to have success with the decal film.
