Christian Lehmann kirjailijaStarted this at the Scalemates meeting. Was on hold since ghen. Started to proceed last weekend.The kit is designed as a snap kit. All the location pins make it difficult to assemble the parts seemless so most of them have to be removed. Also the two colored part concept caused some senseless connections. The assembly concept of the wings to the fuselage is much better at the fine mold kit of the x-wing. The FM kit allows to paint sepertel and allows a seemless assembly afterwards. The concept of the Bandai kitt forces to paint the wings and colored fuselage panels seperately in areas that have to be glued after painting. This is no good design concept
