Hawker Hurricane Mk.I

Started the old tool Airfix Hurricane just before Xmas and finished it in Friday. With this one I brush painted it using the supplied mini acrylic pots for the main colour with Revell Aquacolors for metallics and internals. I also used the paint guide from Airfix's recent 1:48 Hurricane rather than the one with the kit.

I don't normally weather my models but gave paint chipping a go with thus one simply using metallic paint and a fine brush.

Quite happy with the result and she's now next to the sane scale Spit, 109 and Mustang on my shelf.
