I took the exhaust sections cut off the flame ends made a mould and recast them in clear resin
The body was carefully prepped prior to a white primer then ford pearlescent orange then clear lacquer to finish

The Chassis was assembled with additional inside covers for the rear wheels so I could hide the wiring down into the base

The engine block was given additional detailing with distributor and wiring

Added metal gause to the inside of the air scoop
did the chrome detailing and added the decals

Assembled the engine wiring to headlights and flame effects last was to add figure arm through the open window - very tight squeeze!!

Lighting is done from a Picaxe 08M2 processor using 3 of 4 available outputs powered from 3xAAA batteries
Base is one half of a ferrero rocher box interface lining added for smoke effect from spinning tyres
