No, on the contrary - I think the orange is not shiny enough. The German Bundeswehr maintains their equipment, especially flying machine.
The color may be slightly bleached ... almost yellow, or just a little "brighter". Somehow it seems to me to be dirty - but that's my personal view.

At first it was shine but just before unmask the clear parts i spray flat clear all over the model.

Hi Alfonso, Congratulations to your fine model. I would leave the orange paint as it is. Because I have seen helicopters with really new paint coats and they were really shiny. But on the other hand the ones which flew for a few years with the same paint looked just like yours. So, I wouldn't bother too much about the orange colour.
