Nice display base Dave. Quite realistic, I think. Could you describe how you made the water and foam and how you achieved the shades of colour?

I spray painted everything black with an enamel primer. Then I sprayed the water with a navy blue just to get things started. I added a green using Tole paints and added white for various shades. Of green. Then, once I figured everything looked good enough, I painted the waves and foam white making sure to keep the other colors as shadows. I then spread Future all over the place to make it shiny.
