So I have made a huge amount of progress on the IS-2, building most of it and even modifying some parts to better match the vehicle in the show, but now I am being thwarted by this gap at the front, and I just have no idea what to do about it...

Cut a piece of plasticard to fit. Glue it in. Fill in the rest with putty and sand.

Don is spot on. Quickest and easiest way to fill major gaposis.

Ended up using blu-tack and superglue, in the absence of proper filler. It worked surprisingly well. 🙂
