Finished model. The Isracast kit is very difficult to assemble. Many parts are poorly molded and the fuselage was crooked. I spent hours fixing the thing with superglue and lots of sanding and panel rescribing. The wing was ok. Sadly, the model represents early production 450s with a double-bladed propeller and no muffler. I had to scratchbuilt the actual three-bladed propeller and the muffler used by FAM 450s. Markings were provided by Aztec Models sheets and I had to print some myself. It is a tail-sitter, I couldn't fix this without destroying the model. So, I let it be. The kit's decal are too thick and had a hard time making them settle. Instruction are ambiguous in many places, so I got a lot of reference photos the get it right. This kit is for experienced modelers.
