Made a start on the P7, Cockpit (as much as there is) finally inserted. The instruments (I think) will go in once the fuselage is together. 🙂

Sprayed the aircraft with gloss varnish and added the decals. The decals whilst thin, seemed to go on well. 🙂
Next I'll paint the other bits and pieces and start adding them to the aircraft. 🙂
Thank you Scott and Villiers for the likes, I appreciate your interest. 👍

The aircraft denoted is that flown by the pilot below. A brief history of his career is below:
Brzeziński Józef , Major. - (Sqn Ldr), b. July 3, 1909. A graduate of the Air Force Academy in Dęblin, appointed second lieutenant observer on August 15, 1932. In the following year he was sent to a pilot course after which he flew in the 143 fighter squadron in Toruń, and after the reorganization of aviation in 1937 and the creation of the 3rd / 5th squadron fighter in Vilnius-Lida, appointed commander (Lt) of 152 squadron. In this capacity he took part in the Polish defensive war.
In France, he flew in combat as the commander of the fighter flight of the "Montpellier Group" of a French fighter squadron.
In England, from November 12, 1941 he commanded 317 Sqn in Predannack, Cornwall. On March 15, 1942, in a Supermarine "Spitfire" No. BL 805, he made a combat flight over France with his Sqn. The returning squadron, due to fog in the airfield area was directed to the Bold Head airfield. However, due to lack of fuel, of many the pilots had to land in a field (only two pilots managed to land in Bold Head); Major Brzezinski collided with a coastal rock and died instantly. He is buried at Higher Cemetery in Exeter. He was twice decorated with the Cross of Valor and the Pilot's Field Badge.

You kept that one a secret! Great finish, sad day for Poles (1st September), but a poignant reminder of their bravery
