The invasion of the Ukraine by Russia produced an humanitarian crisis that required rapid response from the free world. Mexican air force lacks strategic transports, but almost immediately press its Boeing 737-800 fleet into action to aid in the evacuation of Mexican nationals living in the Ukraine. In particular, aircraft 3528 managed 2 multi-stop trips to Bucarest and back to Mexico City bringing almost 300 people back to Mexico and leaving humanitarian help in Bucarest for Ukrainian refugees.
