Legion Condor Airfield Display/Diorama

Idea stage planning for a Legion Condor airfield diorama featuring three Luftwaffe aircraft in Condor livery (Airfix 1:48 Stuka is advertised as featuring a Condor livery as one of it's two options). Not sure if the chosen crew kit is the right style so input and suggestions for the figures, and all aspects of the planned build, is welcome.
