Is that important? Scalemates is like Wikipedia, everyone can change things here, so change it to 1999, when someone knows it better, he can change too. 😉

That's why I try to list a source, when possible😉 But the point is, that the kit was in a shop's offer by then, so I'm not sure of the release year (not listed as a news in a magazine - although listing as news can also be tricky, regarding delays in delivery...).
