Finally managed to finish her. Took me longer than expected. Had some trouble with the vallejo colors. they are too dark in my eyes. But now I'm quite satisfied. Also made a simple base from some foam board. All in all a fun project that I really enjoyed. Not my last 1/72 jet 😉

Ich hoffe ich habe nicht zuviel versprochen, was den Bausatz angeht? Ziemlich fette Panellines aber Bauspaß pur! Zumindest sieht man diesem Modell an, dass Du wohl Deinen Spaß damit hattest! Clean and nice build, a cool one, Ingmar!👍

I wonder what revell was thinking molding this much engraved panel lines... anyway, it's a nice looking build alright! 👍

Thank you all for your kind comments. It is indeed a nice kit. It is not without problems ans flaws but nonetheless fun to build.

Nice Tomcat! 🙂 Was also thinking of buying this kit. How was the build?

THX Mike!
@Soeren: can't comment on accuracy, but basically everything fits well. Some seams to fill between cockpit section and fuselage. Also my kit had some sink marks in the area of the wings hinges - which I managed to forget to fill. The panel lines are very prominent but it is a nice kit. But then again - my first Tomcat since the 1/48 ESCI??? Tomcat I build 20 years ago 🙂
