Another great, big subject. And also very new, I haven't even seen the kit yet in shops. Count me in. Your WiP albums are great, I've learned some things from previous ones you did 👍

Didn't even know this was out yet. You do get them out quickly, but to such a great standard.

Dan M - Thank you. Im really glad that somebody is founding my photos, comments or albums useful.
Thank you Bart - I hope I won't disappoint you.
Thomas - I knew a little bit about this vehicle but frame construction was a total surprise to me as well.
Scott - It was announced in November in one of the shops in Warsaw but when I talked to them they advised me that Trumpeter messed up something and it will be available late January/early February and then suddenly it appeared in one of my favorite shops just before New year so Ive ordered it immediately. I had to wait until they unpacked the container with models and as soon as I get it landed on my workbench.

I've noticed the frame is painted flat black and then I assume it's dry-brushed ? That's a very interesting effect and it shows the details very well. Is it dry-brushed with a metallic color ?
16 January 2017, 15:30

Yes, exactly. Flat black from Tamiya and then aluminium from Gunze.

nice progress... seem to have missed a few updates... Do you cast your own floorpanels in plaster?
6 February 2017, 12:50

Hi Bart,, thank you. Yeah, I do a lot of stuff from plaster, road panels in few versions, Jersey, Alaska, Bremer, TWalls - you name it.

Thank you very much. I was worry for the color but in the end it came out quite good.

i would not like be at the arrival point of that missile. And with all that rust, probably i would not like to be anywhere close to the departure point either! 🙂
it looks fantastic by the way 🙂
7 February 2017, 12:36

Wow, simply amazing. The rust and weathering, particularly on the missile, is stunning. This is the work of a master, for sure.

Very very realistic finish Przemek! Rust looks like real rust and dirt looks "better" than real dirt! -;

Another master piece to come of your bench Przemek, well done for keeping such high standards that keep us all waiting to see your future projects.👍👍👍

How you get such a beautiful result, even the bumper bar looks magnificent and themissile looks fabulous, not sure I'd want to be near it when the fire button is pushed however, she has seen better days. Another brilliant project what next. I vote scud on js chassis

Thank you very much to all of you. It's been a very nice build and I'm really happy that you enjoy the result.
Most likely I will add some dirt, striking on the windows and lamps as they look too neat.
Scott - as currently I'm looking for inspiration to finish Scimitar/Scorpion so next project it will be Bereg & Rubezh on one base.
14 March 2017, 15:19

I built the Scorpion a while ago and it was an absolute pleasure to build.

Another amazing build. I thought I was looking at the real thing at first.
15 March 2017, 16:37

Both on same base, you like the big projects, where do you find the room. Look forward to cvr t completion, a favourite of mine. Had scorpion turreted M-113 in my troop years ago
16 March 2017, 11:24

Micheal - nice Scorpion. I really like your build.
Thanks Markus.
Bryn - thank you.
Scott - I like those Russian monsters and yes, I like big vehicles and projects. As for the space I just ran out of it. I am wondering if not to sell some of my older works.
16 March 2017, 20:48

Sad day when have to sell models that have so much love and effort in them, but if go that path new owner would be very lucky

Veeery nice build! Astonishing! And thanks for providing so many detailed pictures - I learned a lot of new things!
