Looks very good so far Michael. I haven't done any tanks yet so I can't give advice on weathering. I think your T-34 looks excellent, so more of the same would be going in the right direction.

I would chose a light weathering beceause it looks nice already

looks quite good already. i usually prefer not heavy weathering, anyway.

I'd just add a very light dust wash on the horizontal surfaces.
