Good work! @ Hanno: as far as I know it simply was unlicensed copy of Studebaker, what is more, produced further in Poland as "Lublin" and Poland had to pay royalties to Soviets...

gaz-51,this is still a pre-war development,began in 1937.About the history of creation a lot has been written in Wikipedia)))
orange tamiya acrylic was used, and covered with shiny varnish
