I return to this marvelous hobby to coupe with the everyday stresses of my profession and environment. It is for me a therapeutic activity where I can evade the daily tensions. In 2015 I had a mental breakdown caused by excessive work that nearly cause me a episode of Burnout. Besides the therapeutic aspect of scale model hobby, this gives me an opportunity to express some physical aesthetic creativity, beyond the pure design, and literally use my hands to craft something, instead of being only trapped on my routine of lecturing, researching and publishing.
